Different types of eBikes and regular bikes are available to suit all riding styles and terrain. We spend the time with you to make sure the bike fits you before you head down the road.

All Bike rentals include a helmet, lock, small handlebar bag, and a bike map.

LONG-TERM RENTAL RATES

For rentals of 1 week or longer, 30% of the rental fee from the second week forward can be used as a credit toward the purchase of a new or ex-rental fleet eProdigy bike, subject to availability.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card number is required to hold reservations. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations within the 24 hours period will not be fully refunded, we may hold 50% as a cancellation fee or your reservation can be carried over to a future date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

IMPORTANT NOTES

No driver’s license is needed to ride an eBike, you must be at least 16 years old.

Please check our website and complete online booking if available, as this will save time in-store.

If an online booking is not available, it will take about 10 minutes approximately to complete the booking in-store. All riders need to sign individual waivers.

Please have an up-to-date credit card – and a reminder that a security hold amount will be put on the card as part of the rental (the hold will be deleted upon return of bikes).
